Our renovation is almost complete! 🛠️ Target by end of Nov 2025.
The new Kokoro Home is taking shape beautifully — with all tiling, water pipes, windows, and vinyl flooring now completed ✅.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be finishing the painting 🎨, lighting 💡, window grilles 🪟, skirting, and custom carpentry 🪵 that will bring warmth and character to every corner.
We expect renovation to be completed by end-November, and our two Muji-style common rooms will be ready for tenants from 1st December or 1st week of December🏡✨.
While a few minor areas may still be in progress, our goal is to create a space that feels calm, safe, and thoughtfully designed.
